One x bet strictly prohibits anyone under the age of 18 from using the platform. We may request documentation to verify age at the time of registration or when a withdrawal is requested.

As part of the KYC (Know Your Customer) process, we may request the following documents:

• Mobile Banking Account Confirmation
• Proof of current address (if required)

Withdrawal requests may be put on hold until KYC verification is complete. This process is in place for your own protection.

• One x bet reserves the right to void any bets accepted at incorrect odds due to a technical error.
• If a match or event is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• If a match is abandoned or does not conclude within the scheduled time, it will be settled in accordance with one x bet's specific policy.
• Placing bets from multiple accounts on opposing outcomes of the same event (arbitrage betting) is strictly prohibited.
• The minimum bet amount is ৳20 and the maximum varies by event.

Odds change rapidly in live betting. The odds in effect at the time a bet is confirmed will be the ones used for settlement.

One x bet offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus has its own terms and conditions, which you should review before claiming.

• The welcome bonus applies to the first deposit only and can be claimed once per account.
• To withdraw bonus balance, specific wagering requirements must be met (typically 5–10x).
• If the wagering requirements are not met within 30 days of receiving a bonus, the bonus will be forfeited.
• To qualify for a referral bonus, the referred person must complete a genuine registration and make a deposit.
• Any attempt to claim bonuses through fraudulent means will result in account closure.
